The Trading Post Outreaches- located at 38 Franklin St. in Springville & 11 Washington St. in Cattaraugus operate in a store atmosphere, where families are able to come in to access, trade, or purchase gently used clothing, infant, food, and houshold necessity items. We operate a bi-monthly food pantry, a monthly Community Kitchen meal nights, a 2x per month food pantry, Life Skills Classes such as our Good Cooking Club, Meal Planning, Stitches of Love Quilting, Parenting Help, and Crisis Services referrals.
We currently assist an average of 1200 people per month with food, clothing and household needs.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS...
To Trade: customers can bring in clothing
& necessity items that are:
* CLEAN
* IN CURRENT STYLE& SEASON
* IN EXCELLENT CONDITION &
WORKING ORDER
* NO RIPS
* NO STAINS
* NO ODORS
In exchange YOU will be given "TRADING
POST BUCKS" that can be used at any of
our TRADING POST locations!
OUR TRADING PROGRAM
What we accept:
DONATION & TRADES of QUALITY OF
GOODS - It's our goal & mission to provide
quality clothing and necessity items for
families in our community- to receive credit,
items must be clean, free of stains or
odors, and in current season and style.
CREDIT TALLY - You will receive 1/2 credit
for acceptable items ( ex. shirts sell for
$2.00- you will get $1.00 in TRADING
BUCKS) Your credit tally is usually completed within one week of dropping off your goods.
CREDIT USE - Your Trading Post Bucks can only be used for clothing and shoes, all other items can be paid for with cash or check. TRADING POST BUCKS never expire!
All items that do not meet our requirements will be donated to the City Mission.
